Privacy Policy

OYO Asian Food ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains in simple words what data we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address and a password.
• Orders: your name, phone number and delivery address, the items you order and any notes.
• Location: only if you choose to share it, to work out the distance and delivery fee.
• Loyalty points: your points balance and how you use it.
• On your device: your cart is saved in your browser so it is still there when you come back.

Why we use it

• To create and manage your account.
• To prepare and deliver your order, and to call you about it.
• To prevent fraud and fix problems.

We never sell your data. We do not use advertising or analytics tools.

Passwords

Sign-in is handled by Firebase Authentication. Your password is stored by Google in protected (hashed) form, and we and our staff can never see it.

Who can see your data

• Our branch and delivery staff, only as needed for your order.
• Google Firebase, which runs sign-in and stores your account and orders. See Firebase privacy information.
• Our website hosting provider.
• Google, when you view the branch map or load fonts on our pages (Google may receive your IP address and may set its own cookies on your device). See Google's Privacy Policy.
• OpenStreetMap services, when you set your delivery location on the map (map tiles, address search and route distance). They may receive your IP address, the area you view, your search text and the coordinates. The map library is loaded from Cloudflare. See OpenStreetMap's Privacy Policy.
• The authorities, only when the law requires it.

Where your data is stored

Your account and orders are stored with Google Firebase on servers that may be located in other countries. When you tick the box to agree to our Terms and this Privacy Policy, you also agree to your data being stored and transferred to other countries for the purposes above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and orders while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your profile, points and orders.

Your rights

You can delete your account and all your data yourself at any time from My account → Delete my account. You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent, by contacting us below.

تحترم OYO Asian Food ("نحن") خصوصيتك. توضح هذه الصفحة ببساطة ما البيانات التي نجمعها ولماذا وما الذي يمكنك فعله بها،.

ما الذي نجمعه

• الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة المرور.
• الطلبات: اسمك ورقم هاتفك وعنوان التوصيل والأصناف التي تطلبها وأي ملاحظات.
• الموقع: فقط إذا اخترت مشاركته، لحساب المسافة ورسوم التوصيل.
• نقاط الولاء: رصيد نقاطك وطريقة استخدامها.
• على جهازك: تُحفظ سلة طلباتك في المتصفح لتجدها عند عودتك.

لماذا نستخدمها

• لإنشاء حسابك وإدارته.
• لتحضير طلبك وتوصيله والاتصال بك بشأنه.
• لمنع الاحتيال وإصلاح المشكلات.

لا نبيع بياناتك أبداً، ولا نستخدم أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات.

كلمات المرور

تسجيل الدخول يتم عبر Firebase Authentication. تُخزَّن كلمة مرورك لدى Google بشكل محمي (مشفّر) ولا يمكننا نحن أو موظفونا رؤيتها أبداً.

من يمكنه رؤية بياناتك

• موظفو الفرع والتوصيل، بالقدر اللازم لتنفيذ طلبك فقط.
• Google Firebase، وهو يدير تسجيل الدخول ويخزّن حسابك وطلباتك. راجع معلومات خصوصية Firebase.
• مزوّد استضافة الموقع.
• Google، عند عرض خريطة الفروع أو تحميل الخطوط في صفحاتنا (قد تستلم Google عنوان IP الخاص بك وقد تضع ملفات تعريف ارتباط "كوكيز" على جهازك). راجع سياسة خصوصية Google.
• خدمات OpenStreetMap، عند تحديد موقع التوصيل على الخريطة (الخريطة والبحث عن العنوان وحساب المسافة). قد تستلم عنوان IP والمنطقة التي تعرضها ونص البحث والإحداثيات. ويُحمَّل مكوّن الخريطة من Cloudflare. راجع سياسة خصوصية OpenStreetMap.
• الجهات الرسمية، فقط عندما يطلب القانون ذلك.

أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

تُخزَّن بيانات حسابك وطلباتك لدى Google Firebase على خوادم قد تكون في دول أخرى. عندما تضع علامة الموافقة على الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية فأنت توافق أيضاً على تخزين بياناتك ونقلها إلى دول أخرى للأغراض المذكورة أعلاه. يمكنك سحب موافقتك في أي وقت بحذف حسابك أو بالتواصل معنا.

مدة الاحتفاظ بها

نحتفظ بحسابك وطلباتك ما دام حسابك نشطاً. وعندما تحذف حسابك نحذف ملفك ونقاطك وطلباتك.

حقوقك

يمكنك حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك بنفسك في أي وقت من حسابي ← حذف حسابي. ويمكنك أيضاً أن تطلب منا الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو سحب موافقتك، بالتواصل معنا أدناه.
